It is extremely important that all patients show up for their appointments. Accordingly, Bravia reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees if a patient does not show up for their appointment or fails to cancel their appointment at least one (1) business day prior to the scheduled appointment date: Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for a general dermatology or cosmetic consultation appointment; Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) for the first missed surgery appointment; One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for each subsequent missed surgery appointment. In addition, certain cosmetic procedures require the preparation of medical products or supplies that expire, sometimes several days in advance of the scheduled procedure. Accordingly, some cosmetic procedures require four (4) days advance notice of cancellation and the failure to show up to the scheduled appointment will cause you to forfeit any deposit and you may incur a cosmetic-procedure specific no show fee of $150 or more.

In order to maintain the best pricing, and because ordered cosmetic supplies can expire, additional terms and conditions and cancellation policies apply to Online Pre-Purchased Cosmetic Procedures and Online Bookings. Generally, these are non-refunable and non-cancellable, and additional terms and conditions are typically listed with each Online Pre-Purchase or Online Booking.
